Vast Consulting Group was established by people who have worked in building and construction, not just in compliance. That background is why we tend to find the solution rather than just the problem: we know what it takes to get a design built, and we know what a certifier needs to see before it can be approved.
We are unrestricted building surveyors, which means no project is out of scope. Over more than ten years we have certified more than 3,000 projects, around 300 a year, from single homes, granny flats and pools through to townhouses, warehouses, offices, schools and health facilities.
Our Sydney head office is in Botany and our Brisbane office is in Woolloongabba, and we inspect across the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast from Brisbane. Whichever state you are building in, you get one point of contact from the first set of drawings to the final certificate.
